A well-known artisan pizza joint that adjusted fingers in summer season 2021 is shifting in a new route, with a new name and expanded menu.

With its Italian translation, Buchheister envisions Dopo as a culinary continuation of both Coffeebar and the unique Food items + Consume that Buchheister acquired from Aaron Foster, the eccentric owner and actor who opened the restaurant just 1 month right before the pandemic hit the Reno area in 2020.
